Jack Lin

Director & CEO

Jack has been leading Lime since 2017, guiding the company’s growth from the ground up. With an urban planning degree from the University of New South Wales and experience across Australia, China, and New Zealand, he’s worked on residential and mixed-use developments in both the public and private sectors. Jack’s approach is hands-on and disciplined—he’s involved in every project from consent to completion, bringing a developer’s eye for detail and a long-term focus on building communities that last. He’s built Lime on relationships, integrity, and a commitment to doing things right.

Fred Rahme

Director

Fred is one of Lime’s founding Directors and has been with the company since before it was Lime, starting the Silverstream subdivision project back in 2012. With decades of experience in development, property acquisition, management, international entrepreneurship, and investment across multiple countries, Fred brings a depth of expertise and global perspective that shape how Lime operates. His mentorship and strategic thinking continue to guide Lime’s growth and our commitment to doing things right.

Guy Milburn

Chief Investment Officer

With over 20 years in the Australasian property and construction sectors, including executive and finance leadership roles at Ngāi Tahu Property, Guy has built a strong track record as a commercial operator. He’s known for his thoughtful leadership style, strategic thinking, and sound commercial judgment. Guy leads with discipline, makes decisions based on data, and keeps a long-term focus on sustainable value creation.

Bob Nelson

Development Manager

Bob is the driving force behind every project we deliver. He’s hands-on, dedicated, and the person making sure everything runs smoothly from consents through to completion. With years of experience in residential development and construction management, He’s built strong relationships with our construction partners over the years, which means we work with people we trust and who understand how we operate. He’s always across multiple sites, solving problems before they become issues, and making sure our developments are delivered to the standard our investors and homeowners expect. If something needs to happen, Bob makes it happen.

Kai Ruan

Procurement Manager

Kai is responsible for sourcing the high-quality construction materials that go into every development we build. He works directly with our manufacturing partners in China, managing supply chains, timelines, and budgets to ensure materials arrive on time and to specification. With four years of procurement and logistics experience, Kai has built strong relationships with suppliers and brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to every order. He understands that quality materials are the foundation of quality builds, and he makes sure we get exactly what we need, when we need it, without compromise.

Reece Buist

Finance Business Partner

Reece brings years of accounting experience, primarily in auditing, to the Lime team. He works closely with our business leaders to deliver accurate, practical financial insights that help us make confident decisions. Reece focuses on clarity, strong systems, and the kind of attention to detail that keeps our financials disciplined and transparent. Whether it’s reporting, forecasting, or ensuring our numbers tell the right story, he makes sure we have the data we need to operate with integrity and long-term thinking.

Michelle Allan

Sales Manager

Michelle is the epitome of our people-first culture. With many years of experience in the property industry, she brings deep knowledge of our projects and a genuine passion for helping people find the right home. Michelle is a successful salesperson not because she pushes, but because she listens, understands what people need, and guides them through the process with care and expertise. She builds long-term relationships with buyers, treats everyone like family, and ensures that from first enquiry to settlement, people feel supported and informed.

Andréa Marshall

Marketing Manager

Andréa has been with Lime since 2020 and is the driving force behind the marketing for our projects. She handles top-level marketing strategy and planning for our developments while staying hands-on with a strong digital focus, ensuring our online presence reflects the quality and values we stand for. She works directly with the communities in our developments, building relationships and enforcing our people-first culture in everything she does. From strategy to execution, Andréa makes sure our marketing is genuine, effective, and grounded in who we actually are.

Kirstin Jenkinson

Creative Lead

Kirstin is responsible for everything visual you see across our websites, projects, and marketing materials. With a sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for the business, she’s a strong driver of our branding and ensures consistency across everything we create. Kirstin works hard to translate Lime’s values into design that feels authentic, grounded, and polished without being overdone. From project branding to digital assets, she makes sure our visual identity reflects who we are and the quality we stand for.

Michelle Kuru

Accounts Administrator

With years of experience in accounts payable and administrative finance, Michelle brings a strong understanding of payment processing, invoice reconciliation, and maintaining positive relationships with the contractors and suppliers we work with. Michelle ensures everyone gets paid on time, keeps our financial records accurate, and supports the wider finance team in delivering smooth, reliable operations across all our projects. Her attention to detail and dependable approach mean our partners can trust that the financial side of things is always taken care of.

Jerry Hsu

Junior Quantity Surveyor

Jerry started with us while still studying, learning the ropes and proving himself from day one. Jerry works closely with our Development Manager and Procurement Manager to ensure every project has the materials and resources it needs, when it needs them. He handles ordering, tracks project costs, and keeps a close eye on budgets with the kind of attention to detail that matters in this industry. He may be early in his career, but he’s already shown the discipline, reliability, and willingness to learn that make him a valued part of the Lime team. We’re invested in his growth, and it shows in the work he delivers.
